Intellectual Property Law
The Firm handles all matters (both of a contentious and non-contentious nature) relating to trademarks, patents, design services, registration of assignments, agreements on the transfer and acquisition of intellectual property rights, franchising and licensing agreements.
The Firm also provide full support for the registration of Trademarks, Patents and Design applications in Nigeria, and outside Nigeria through its representatives.

The Firm deals in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in all areas of Civil Law including pre-litigation advise, legal proceedings in all superior Courts in Nigeria, Proceedings before Statutory Bodies and Tribunals, Co-ordination of litigation processes in other jurisdictions, enforcement of judgments and awards in Nigeria and other jurisdictions as well as settlement negotiations.
